Surprised to see they’re wrapping up the east side already. All good things come to an end..

Podium roofing in progress, stairs being installed and welded, additional construction elevator access ramp in progress,
Yonge bridge deck concrete poured, sprinklers installed, glazing can’t be too far away.
Tower steel looks complete for all 50 office floors, top steel for East roof windows in progress; on the west side - some decking and a few concrete pours next, then a couple of mechanical rooms.

I’m curious what these pipes are for. I thought this was ground level stuff but looks more like a boiler mechanical room.

With steel complete on the east side, I must say I am confused. I attach two photos, one showing no 13th floor and the top showing 50th floor toped out (count 4 floors above 46th). 50-1 equals 49. I know I asked this before but is this a true 50 storey tower? Maybe the west side rises higher?

I think you are correct. The 50th level is the top occupied office floor less 13th = 49 floors. The other tower topped out at 49-1 =48 floors

...oh, we're at the white beams and supports now. Thus the top parts is starting to get wrapped up.
