I’ve always wondered how each section of the antenna cladding was installed (Is there footage of this?). Was the same Russian crane that raised the steel sections into place used?

I've always thought the construction and engineering of the CN Tower was pretty high tech and well ahead of its time. Some of the frame, supports and what not before adding the concrete looked like something straight out of Star Wars...

...bringing back to here though, makes the construction of this office tower seemingly mundane and prosaic in comparison, IMO. And no offense to those working on this.
