That entrance/exit from the parking garage immediately south of the rail berm will be a REAL mess. Yonge is blocked with traffic there for much of the day already so how vehicles will get out (or in, which would be worse) is hard to see,

Is it just me, or is this building not actually as big as the renders made it look?

No not just you, the elevators take most of the surface area leaving this building's actual area very small.
Compared to 18 Bay residential tower next door, this building is skinny.

Just the entire buildings footprint is not what I expected. It's turning out to be a little bit...underwhelming.
