I think it's against code to have a main door of a home open immediately onto a public sidewalk but don't quote me on it

If you go on Mill east of Cherry (south side) you’ll see a couple blocks of units that open right onto the sidewalk. The ground level units on the south side are also the same, but currently enjoy some privacy

Looks like half the south side of the laneway is walkable now and the sidewalk from mill street to the laneway on the west side is opened.
Silva Cells are ready and waiting on the north east side.
Some of these units look pretty big but others clearly have terrible layouts.

The bedrooms look pretty small last time I walked by it. It seems like the more bedrooms you get the more spacious the layout is.

Now the laneway is VERY quiet and all the action is going on on the north side of the development.
Are those interlocking curbs?
In the laneway, it's quiet. One worker was working on the trees along the south side of the laneway.

Yes, but also I feel like they’re gonna want to make that road as unwelcoming as possible. Carmageddon starts in two weeks. Don’t think I’ve seen a traffic plan released.

I do have some questions about some of the finishes... kinda like a
