Victory is going in at King and Bathurst.
The Hudson and Glas are at King and Spadina.
 
There are a couple bits of confusing information regarding the victory.

the original "victory" was a design on the diamond architects website which was a 35ish story condo for the parking lot beside the hudson condominium.

There was also a condo planned for the area around 750 king st west on the west side of bathurst which was also called the victory and that is what mostly likely is the website posted.

We do know that Great Gulf Homes does own the side beside the Hudson and are planning on a condo here but are probably holding off on this until the X condominium is under construction. Also they will be able to get more money out of this property as it becomes one of the last great lots of develop in the area.

The website mentions a condo at King and Spadina.
 
The headline on that website says King West and Bathurst.... but then lower down under the logo, it does say King and Spadina.

Too funny. Even the Re/Max website for the development doesnt even know where it is!!!!

Finally! The long anticipated Victory Condo presentation centre is currently under construction on the main floor of the warehouse at the SW corner of Spadina & Adelaide. There are also a couple of large banners advertising the project on the outside of the warehouse.
 
Wow this little corner is going to be crowded with all these developments. First there was The Charlotte Lofts, then came Hudson and Glas and now the V. Great location though. I used to live in the area and loved it. So many things to do, great restaurants on King.
 
**Real Location of Victory**

A billboard went up on the 478 King site two weeks ago announcing Victory Condos. This is the site beside the Mini dealer, on the north side of King, west of Spadina. It is not Hudson II on the other side of Spadina.

Well ain't that interesting.

The thing is the rendering on the above linked post does not resemble the images of Victory that have floated around. They look quite different.
 
Different projects? Does one thread have the wrong address.
