Very few condos outside of the core utilize the podium rooftop and/or the tower rooftop for common areas. I believe that if you buy in a building that offers this you don't necessarily have to pay for the best view if you can enjoy it periodically in the common areas.

The usual "ground floor takes forever" issue.

That being said, this thing had one very deep hole and and very limited street access to work with.

I'd wanna use that pink building as target practice if I lived here.... 1 March 2011 walked by the King Charlotte sales centre under construction.

At the moment Charlie, Cinema, and 300 Front are the only three hi-rise towers being built in the entertainment district, but fasten your seat belts there will be 16 more to come. Can't wait to see this area in 5 years.

I think every building between John and Spadina on the south side has one of those white developer signs on it.
