This will be a new tallest for London, for those who aren't aware. Should be a huge boost to downtown population, as well.

The building directly to the north of this in those photos is currently the second tallest in the City at 103 metres, with One London Place being 113 metres as the tallest - this will be 135m.

40 stories in London, Ontario!? That would make stick out like the Burj Khalifa there, goodness... 🙀
No it won't.

Yes it will be the tallest tower in the city but won't stand out any more than FCP does in Toronto. Downtown London has a plethora of towers in the 20 to 30 story range and two other 30 story towers be completed by the summer. There are 2 other 40 story proposals one of which is 50. Just a couple days ago a new tower was approved at 34 stories with over 400 units right downtown. It would stick out like a sore thumb in Victoria, Halifax, or Windsor but not London.

Have watched this tower progress regularly over the past year or so, looking forward to seeing it fully built out. There's a lot going on in London these days and it's been really exciting to see so many 30+ storey buildings getting planned/built.

Loving seeing the cities other than the GTA getting bigger skylines. Always thought it was odd to see the US cities with similar populations having big towers, (probably because the surrounding metro areas have a lot of people, but I digress).

Would like to see a bit better design for some of these that are becoming skyline and city defining towers.

View from Talbot Street today.
