I feel like as of late, an overwhelming majority of the ugliest tower developments has come in the form of rentals. Cheap in design and build. Hard to root for rental towers if this trend keeps up.

Yikes, when this building goes up, it's gonna start feeling quite claustrophobic....Between upcoming buildings; 40 Widmer, Theater District, 87 Peter, Gloss Condos, and PJ in addition to being surrounded by 295 Adelaide, the Bond, and Cinema Tower, it's starting to feel a little tight. Not that I'm being a NIMBY, but just an observation.
