Just heard of a potential new project at the intersection of George and Richmond. Anyone have info on this?

I would assume it would replace the auto mechanic shop and dance studio on the North West corner.

do you mean the diner and parking lot, or the garage next to Petro Canada gas station?
the garage lot seems too small unless it extends to the car wash? long and narrow building?
