I wonder how commercial condos will sell down here? I know in North York where there are a fair number, there have been issues with demand, and value has dropped in some places. Aura I won't compare, as that was retail condos stuck underground.
 
Good to know where the TSX will be on project completion. That's some fairly valuable information.
 
Some nice VR panos in the website above.

Can't say it has the nicest neighbours around the vehicular dropoff (the back end of a church and a heating plant for the hospital next door) though, but the location is definitely quite good.
