Have they ever finished the courtyard between Casa II and III? If I were an owner in one of those two towers, I would have wanted the Boards of each building to cooperate on finishing it as soon as the whole dissolution of Cresford was settled... (but maybe there's still litigation?)

A one pic look back at the finished 'landscape': Photo taken March 25th, 2024:

Doesn't all that exposed Irrigation tubing look great? I wonder if they ever considered replanting after most of the original plants died.

The tubing btw looks to be the temporary variety and probably shot by now.

I don't know what went wrong w/them, but I do remember seeing many of them yellow and die off and it did occur to me that maybe no one turned the irrigation on..... LOL

Regardless..........Condo Board needs to get this cleaned up.

An update, when I passed by here on June 3rd, 2024, the landscaping/streetscaping had been re-done (and was looking decent)
