Wowser! That is tall. Casa 3 is about the same height no? Very major node at Y&B . It is incredible that Grace hospital doesn't bale on that property at Bloor and Church. It must be worth a fortune and is rather a blight on a major intersection.

The Panasonic Theatre veil is such a blight. Are those not heritage structures underneath? What's the point in it being there?

I agree - I was horrified when it was added in the 90's. Can't believe it's still there masking a handsome historic building.
 
Nice detailed view of the roof there! From afar, this tower looks to me like some 40+ storey towers I remember from my youth, that existed in NY on the upper east side. (Side note: I only had wished I could have resided on the upper east side, I didn't actually live there.)
