At the time, this was (and is) under appeal at the OLT.............not that common to see resubmissions well into that process........
But good for you in finding it!

looks beautiful, just wish they brought the brought the brick cladding down to the ground level instead of the blank glass wall.
The database has been updated to reflect the latest (August 23) SPA submission; updated renderings & stat changes already posted above. The title of the project is now 'Camden House'.
