Thanks, Paclo, for the details. I'm surprised this lot has remained undeveloped for so long, considering Cornell first broke ground in 1997.

All these southern areas of Cornell have high-density designations, which the market generally hasn't supported in this area, especially given Markham's until recently ridiculous parkland dedication fees for high-density units.

The only apartments that have actually managed to get built here are Mattamy's 6-storey wood blocks which they built on the extremely-cheap side.
