It's one guy with a shovel and a drill. I would hate to have purchased a condo here. Where will the market be when this one closes?

This from nearly 5 years ago, which itself was predated by another 3 years of proposal/planning.. Remember? Spire was was just completed as was Quantum South.

Quite the party was held at Bisha's opulent new sales office on Thursday evening to mark the launch of the 41-storey project. During the week to come we'll bring you more details on clubland king Charles Khabouth's first step into the condotel business, but we can start today with a few pics from the party, focusing on the model of the Wallman Architects-designed building.

This design incorporates the brick facade very successfully. It's just about one of the best examples i can think of where the heritage component feels integral to the podium, not just an appendage to it. Well done.

Definitely expect this building to be discussed as one of Toronto's best when completed.
Feels good about this after seeing the end result of Yorkville Condominium.

Agreed, but we still have yet to see how well they match the brick on the extended portions. Would be interesting if they could reinstall the brick they removed from the façade's sides but I assume they are simply going to try and match it...
