Alright so here’s my problem with precast panels and in particular precast brick. This development is really solid overall, so not by any means trying to disparage it, but the lines/spaces between the precast brick panels really hinder the overall cohesiveness of the build and instead of something that feels like it was built with vintage craftsmanship, it ends up still feeling like a modern faux attempt at recreating old charm.

I know this sounds harsh, but I really do like this project. I just wish the finishes could look a little more cohesive rather than obviously being panels.
