I just spotted a new station at King and Portland today. NW corner.

Looks like this station isn't new, but was just moved ~100m west from its previous location.

You're right! I wonder if that has something to do with any of the redevelopment projects where the station was before.

A report is forthcoming to the May 12th meeting of the Toronto Parking Authority on improving Bikeshare.
The report is something of a misnomer as its really how to stall improving Bikeshare.
The report responds to the request for an expansion of trip time from 30 to 45 minutes by saying they need to wait and see how the 2 suburban pilot areas worked out before proposing anything. Said study would begin in August.
It similarly looks at better integration w/transit, access to low-income earners and expansion basically saying 'wait' and lets think about it on pretty much everything.
Really, a waste of digital space.

Also on the subject of Bikeshare...........it would appear there was a..........disagreement on exactly how much revenue the program generated, or at least TPA's share thereof.........

Nice to know that the program is being well-managed. 
Ridiculous, as the suburban pilot areas require the 45 minute expansion the most.

Sounds good. The extra ~$1 a month provides a lot of value.

I honestly think that's pretty reasonable. I don't understand the angst people on Twitter have against it?

Yeah, big meh for me. Seems logical that you might be asked to pay a bit more for a bit more service.

When do we get more details on 2021 expansion plans (new stations and/or fleet)?

There is no expansion contemplated for this year. You might see a dock or two secured through section 37 money, but that's about it.
I'm expecting an application to go in to the Federal active transportation grant.
But that likely won't be new bikes this year..
