Looks like someone beat me to it on the news feed today.

This looks really good from the ground. The way it has town homes and steps back at higher levels works well.

Take a look at that rendering on the hoarding, and compare it with what was built. Notice how they promised those red bricks? Instead, the colour we got is almost indistinguishable from the beige. It looks so bland compared to the nice houses that were knocked down for this development.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I guess the red/brown bricks look that way because they're dirty.

I'm not a fan of the brick colour, however I'm glad they avoided the red. Allure has the same colours as the render and I think it's a disaster.
