Thank you so much for these updates!
I wish the building could have like a communal garden with the mandated green space.
I took a stroll pass it yesterday - the space left for the mews/market square seems to be pretty big. pretty excited for that to come up!

I would be very weary of a Sorbara development. they don't care about residents after the sale ( in my opinion)... just look at what they are doing at 60 lofts.. a BAR ( Bar 60) in the commercial space and no noise insulation between the bar and the residents.. it's a nightmare for them.
