So, I apologize for asking this (assuming that it's been asked already) but what is the reason behind the uneven floor heights again? And they do not seem patterned (i.e. every 10 floors or a certain range of floors in the building) so I'm curious why such a design was chosen? Thanks in advance!

Great Photos the last few days. Thanks guys! We all appreciate your sharing with us. Can I ask, Once its completed to re-take these same vantage points. Still "impressive" as it is though.
