Yea I guess that is a more accurate choice of words. Although I do think that the curtainwall section is impressive looking, I would describe the glazing of the building overall so far as adequate at most. When you factor in the couple thousand new residents, retail, and funds allocated to the adjacent park by Canderel, the impact on the neighbourhood should be enough to make up for lazy architecture....One thing that would have helped a whole lot is recessed balconies, but that ship has sailed
