I call them Uber Eats kitchens
Who will be able to afford Uber Eats once tech/marketing jobs are mostly replaced by AI? Most of those private sector jobs will be gone in 10 years.

The sales reps pushing these "european style" "all elfs" kitchens with chintzy induction hotplates and mini-fridges seem to think the gravy train will never end. They are in for a rude awakening.

I wish there were some pops of colour, especially since OCAD is next door and it's literally called Artist's Alley.
Variations of art/artist(s) seem to be the norm for condo/ apartment names in the vicinity of OCAD/AGO - they don't reflect the aesthetics of the buildings. Even the old (1980s) tower at the southwest corner of Dundas & St Patrick - not sure if it's part of Village by the Grange, but its entrance is next to the mall entrance - is called Artisan something or other, and it's as nondescript as a 40+ year old tower can be.
