Lots to like about this project save for the really bleak streetwall along St. Patrick street. Anyone else agree?

Comparing this project to one completed last decade, I feel like this cross-bracing is similar to what was teased for Theatre Park, but here were getting it with proper depth and detailing rather than looking like a tacked-on afterthought.
