This was supposed to be done in 2022 but yet the crane isn't even up yet. I'm guessing 2024?

I would estimate late 2022 or early 2023. 6 months or so to come back up, another 6 for the podium, and another year or year and a half to top out and be substantially complete enough so they can move people in.

They have the hole dug for the first tower crane along with some concrete for it in the north-west corner. Looks like the base of the crane in place. Otherwise, haven't miss anything since my Dec visit.

This one often flies under the radar but if it remotely approaches render promise, kudos to HP for design and creating "a place" out of thin air. Think it also informed HPs great design for the Cook Church site (Dalhousie/Mutual). Think we should invent a "place-maker" award. HP gets the first hardware without a vote ;-0
