Wonderful development. 2 thumbs up. All that's missing would be the restoration of that Tata office building to its 1970s former glory. It used to be a handsome building.

It is not going to be the Well 2.0 because it's not as large and ambitious a project as the Well. But both are designed by HPA, which is why they have similar vibes.

Well mostly (and no pun intended), aa there where other architects involved with The Well, I believe.

A shame they didn't make functional use of the diagrid, they probably could have saved a decent amount of money on the structural system.

Despite the smaller scale I prefer the tower design on this project over the Well.
