First glazing units spotted on site! Looks good so far, a bit darker brown than I expected.

Yeah, I originally expected something more burgundy-like in colour, but I guess it's also just the lighting that renderings depicted the building to be. The materials do look decent quality, it's a promising start.

Knew it was going to be amazing. Hariri + Pontarini rarely disappoints. My favourite local/Toronto-based architect firm, by far.
