Building forms aren't visible here yet but the cranes that appear in the mid-ground of these photos (in front of 488 University) give am indicator of where the Artists' Alley towers will make an impact from this vantage point:

I was wondering why does the broad concrete floor supporting the second floor. Looks as if it's has been weather down for 50 years . It's looks like they used dirty old muddy wooded planks to form with lol! As seen in the photos up above.
