That reminded me that Freed had marketed a grocery store going in here.
I can confirm Sobeys in the anchor tenant.

I got the info from a private source I can't divulge; however, as I believe in corroboration, I googled Sobeys and Art Shoppe and got this FB page.

I know the Lobby designs were shared awhile back, but has anyone noticed the actual Layouts? I was on Freed's site and they were there.. I didn't know they existed.. looks like Hillsdale is significantly smaller? .. there isn't much wow factor to be honest..

We are fortunate that this got approved at 28s.
