Reading the page it sounds like Aquanova is the name of one building in the project. They are still referring to the area as Lakeview Village.

I would have agreed with you but according to another post above they have removed the canal part of the design, now it for the most part seems like any other community, with a little more flare. With the canal would have definitely been a nicer/different community but now not so much.

Moved the Aquanova posts to a new thread as yes, in fact this is the first project heading into sales at Lakeview Village. That thread will remain as a site Master Plan and activity thread.

I think Humber/2150 Lake Shore and Lakeview Village are the better of the three. Brightwater is a bit lacklustre in comparison, but far from the worst project of its size... better than the Oxford Yonge/Eg redevelopment for instance.
