Or maybe mind your own business as to what people put or don't put on their balconies? LOL

Yeah I don't get our obsession of making sure everything is "pretty and neat". Why shouldn't people be allowed to hang their laundry (safely) on their balcony? Or put their bikes there?

On topic: it's definitely a nice looking building. Both the shape and the colours.

Thanks for clarifying, but how does this comment connect to rich people with multiple properties?

"Cuz the moment I see bikes and rusting bbq’s from Canadian Tire in those balconies…."

Just trying to understand your point. You do know that most will likely be full-time residents with only a handful leaving it empty, and those leaving it empty will likely be the $2M+ units with large terraces vs. the majority of balconies.
1. If rich people don’t occupy the space, or if the units just went unoccupied, nobody would put stuff on the balcony.

2. Common stuff found on condo balconies include bbqs and bicycles regardless of wage bracket.

3. Things left outside to the elements -regardless of a persons net worth- rust. If you don’t understand rust, I can find you an article on basic science. I’m sure you’re after absolute precision here on any comment said.

4. It ain’t that deep bro

5. How many individual comments of mine do you think you need to scrutinize before society is fixed? 6? 7? I’m sure I made a glib comment about cladding 17 weeks ago that might help solve global injustice if you nail me for it…

6. I’m a dork on a website forum who takes pictures of construction tedium every other day… like I said. It ain’t that deep brah

I was just trying to understand your POV. This response really reminds me why I took a break from this forum for a few years.

or patios and shop fronts. (I think it's retail space.)
A lot of it will be a new community centre.

There are people on UT whose comments seldom make sense and are often deliberately provocative. Though it is good to hear different viewpoints, if someone persistently annoys you just use the "Ignore" feature.
