Once this condo is done what are the next steps around the slip and that whole area until final designs are done and approved for next stages. Can't have it sit like this can you, it looks bad.

In the photo above I think it looks as though they have already started to do work on the area and have scraped off the asphalt from the former parking/boat area in the foreground.

There is one more building to go into the immediate area (an affordable rental building immediately west of Merchants Wharf - blue below). It should not affect work on the Slip.

I think that's the affordable housing site - there is probably an update on the current status on the WT FARM report.
