Not just one suburban office building. Looks like a number of them awkwardly and haphazardly lumped together. IMO, one of the uglier buildings on the waterfront, and considering the stock we have down there right now, that's saying a lot.

To be quite honest, when construction started, it looked promising, but as it rose, it got more and more bland. You guys are right, it looks more like an office building than a residential one.

The window wall is incredibly ugly and, frankly, inexcusable. It ruins the whole thing.
