A proposed 17 & 12-storey mixed-use condo & retail development designed by SMV Architects for First Capital on the southwest corner of Pinedale Avenue and Timber Lane in the parking lot of Appleby Village Mall in Burlington's Appleby area. First proposed back in 2014, this was recently approved at the OLT in November 2020.

Looks like the OLT approval grants permission for up to 17 storeys, but the plan in question is not for a 17-storey tower, so the thread title should be changed here. Plan is for 9+12+12.

I guess we can expect some new renderings in the near future. Will be interesting to see how this develops (literally and figuratively) as it has already been approved by the City of Burlington
