Greenwin has been assembling more land in Downtown Brampton for high-rise residential development. 33 George Street North is the Haggartlea proposal, well advanced in the planning stage. Greenwin has also been assembling older houses to the west, adjacent to the former OBRY lands, and south of the 45 Railroad development, which is nearly complete.

This is the thread for Assembly A (the Park-Nelson Assembly). Just a massing exercise for now, for an all-apartment building with 506 units, a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.

Though images are marked "confidential" I was able to access them through the public planning site.

The Algoma residence, now 13 storeys, is proposed for Site B, at 41 Mill Street North, immediately to the south of 45 Railroad.

Site A, at Nelson St W and Park St, will likely be a separate proposal.
