So I will say I have yet to see a menkes build that I have thought looks absolutely atrocious festival looks amazing and this building has a very classy feel to itself

It's an ok design but height appears somewhat out of place in this block. The taller design seemed to complement the surroundings better and gave the tower a more commanding and sophisticated look.
