Legion is long gone and now 9 Dawes is a pop up quarry/gravel pit. The noise and dust is a lot.

Hello y'all! I'm just wonderin' 'bout this project and checkin' to see how things have been lately. I was reviewin' some projects on Skyscrapercity that I haven't updated in a while. I credit those who took the photos, of course, and I noticed this was one of them.

No 'New Build' permits are issued.

With these discussions going on behind the scenes it's not surprising that this and their other new rental project 12 Cordova have been put on hold.Also note that Minto announced this week that they will be getting bought out and taken private.
