I’m actually kind of surprised they opted for formed concrete precast for the sides given how prominent the north and south elevations are (and the fact that this is a very high end project)

maybe they are saving the $$$ materials for the front

...I've always imagined that this was going to be like it's shorter sibling next door north, where most of the fancy business will be out in front.

One potentially valid excuse for not using limestone on the south side could be eventual densification/redevelopment of the Yorkville Village property
