While the supertalls always attract forum readership I'm equally interested in the filling in of the downtown avenues. This "little" 20 storey project looks to be high end promising quality construction materials and adding some real downtown density to the area. Looking forward to watching it rise.

They appear to have completed most, if not all, the piling on the north side of the site. I understand that they are advertising that purchasers can choose unit sizes and configurations to their liking. Don\'t doubt it, considering the prices being charged. But will this slow construction?

Forecasted construction timeline:
• Excavation and shoring: from October 2021 to October 2022;
• Below grade formwork: from July 2022 to April 2023;
• Above grade formwork: from April 2023 to December 2023;
• Building envelope phase: from June 2023 to April 2024; and
• Interior finishes stage: from April 2023 to December 2024.
