At least the trash talk earlier on this thread has dried up somewhat as the tower rises, after some rather appealing cladding is added. I'd say it's looking pretty 'hopeful'.

I'm pretty happy with how it's looking so far. I love the modified Chicago windows. The deal here is though that a glass and spandrel section will emerge out of that (take a better look at the elevations that @Ryan_T posted above), and I have to admit I'm not expecting anything better than the usual from that.

I like the precast/Chicago window portion of the tower too, but it's indeed the glass section above I'm waiting on. I fear there will be a lot of spandrel.

Man, just a little depth makes walls so much more forgiving.

Trash talk? Who would trash this building? Before a shovel was in the ground I said many times on this forum that if it lived up to the renderings then it was "the one to watch".
So far so good. In my opinion nothing under construction comes close to the overall aesthetics of 88 Scott.
