Has to be. Though, still waiting to see what the glass portion will look like.

Well if the glass between the heritage building and the precast of the tower in scamander24's 3rd photo is any indication of what is going to be used on the upper portion of the tower, then it should be pretty great.

Ya it will be stunning and be a stand out addition in a good way if that's the case. Eve the glass on the back portion I'd really nice it take that to.

You are joking right?

Are you?

Yeah, it's a reprieve from the glass towers around and that has made this one interesting to follow but, the aesthetics are just brutal. It's just a slapped together mess of vertical and horizontal elements in a vain attempt to disguise the minuscule stepback.

There's enough built now to formulate an opinion and I'm saddened to read " great" and " stunning" attached to the cheap thrills employed here.

Enjoy it though. I wish I could.

Another mediocre 200 metre condo for the skyline. LOL Almost wish a medium rise height limit was imposed on the city.

I kinda' understand where @maestro is coming from.. this is essentially the type of building one would find in Markham or Vaughan -- which isn't necessarily a bad thing -- so the adulation is a bit interesting in that regard.

However, I'm also not a fan of the very trendy glass boxes with ugly balconies that jut out... so the break here is greatly appreciated.
