Toronto 88 Queen | 167.35m | 52s | St Thomas Dev | Hariri Pontarini

Really dynamic design; and bonus points for not having flat roofs. I really hope this design was chosen. It would really shake up our skyline in a good way, and the ground level looks really interesting as well. It appears that the shorter tower is around 28 s, so hopefully this reflects what will be built.

Looks great! This would be transformative for the area (and help to block views of Jazz from Queen street!). No helicopter flight path issues to St. Mike's though?

Wish it had a bit more of a streetwall on Mutual and Dalhousie, to fit in more with the built form of the area to the south. Otherwise, looking good.

Looks great. Far more stimulating than those depressingly stodgy towers they're proposing for the foot of Bathurst.
