hello soon to be neighbour. Im moving into the building (same exposure as you) on Dec 1st.

Have you had any concerns with this project happening across the street? Dust, noise, etc?

dust is fine. Can be kind of noisy, but it's a construction site. It's to be expected.

This morning. Almost done forming the P2 floor level, starting on the P1 floor level. They have been slowly backfilling the future park location as the parking garage advances upwards. Looking forward to this reaching grade.

Woah!!! This is flying by. I guess that's what happens when there are only 2 levels of parking... another reason the City should relax parking minimums.
