Absolutely. This is likely the most offensive parking lot in all of downtown.

It looks weirdly small at the end of the parking lot. This development just won't look right until all the buildings are in…

and once they are, what a hugely different feel this area will have, like a massive open wound has finally closed over and knit the city's skin back together. It'll be like massively radical surgery has finally been performed.
