March 18. First image is the pre-construction rendering from the 88 Bathurst database file, based on the architectural design. The second and third images are photos from today - showing the reality currently under construction, of the rooftop area after the mechanical engineering design and specifications for the building were done, and the rooftop mechanical support systems were added.

March 25: Ongoing work on the 88 Bathurst rooftop. The second air conditioning unit is being lowered into place.

So far nothing is really looking like the render. I guess we shall wait and hope for the best. The final result will sure be very different from the render.

I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up but I think that I see the potential for coloured panels as the blue insulation boards have just been installed.

With the material palette here apparently tossed in the bin
, sure looks like the cladding order for this was placed with the same supplier as 3XN's Aqualuna... too bad they didn't just go all the way with the same coppery balcony guards. Siblings.
