From LGA's website. They mention a 3 storey missing-middle type (fourplex) project plus laneway house in the works. The background of the rendering appears to line up with the current house at the NE corner of Ulster St & Lippincott in the Harbord Village area.

Do you think with Ulster having some denser-ish townhomes across the street and being close by to the laneway housing community along Croft, will it help with this project become realized or face the similar yellowbelt Armageddon hurdles of the Suulin designed project on Brunswick?

Definitely on my personal urbanist wishlist; to see yellow belt intensification like this be normalized to the point where it isn't even newsworthy anymore.
