That cantilever is very visually unsettling

Feels (visually) like it needs another pair of support columns on the opposite side. Looks peculiar to just see the two at the one end.

Just to remind viewers that while those rendered shots give the illusion that this building is pivoting on the world's tiniest podium, the floor plate of the thing is in fact triangular with a considerable degree of heft to it...

The new renderings are updated in the database. The total storey count changed from 32 storey to 38 storey. Even the height increased from 113.43m to 124.10m/ Finally, the total hotel unit count changed from 171 hotel units to 172 hotel units.

No, that is a little further up the block right where church meets yonge. This parcel has been derelict for awhile now.
