Doesn't "no hearings have been scheduled" mean no one is pursuing this project?

I don't know and that's why I asked. The last post is from 2014 for a 200 metre tall proposal. The window to appeal to the OMB is about 3 week for most if not all situations. Pretty basic stuff.

It is quite a recent appeal… so I suppose that they are appealing based on the proposal we know about, that it must be within an acceptable time frame, and that we will find out more once hearings have been scheduled.
