Good god the Yonge St refresh needs to get started ASAP. Looking very run down

The owners of the heritage buildings along Yonge should be more invested in the public realm. It's sad to see Victorian after Victorian with abandoned 2nd and 3rd floors. Queen West has a similar Victorian built form, but more buildings are restored with upper floors that are actually used.

Cladding! I was hoping for darker, or a redder earth tone. But this does look nice and clean, I remain optimistic.
