Elevator Ratio: (2 elevators, 185 units) or 1.08 elevators per 100 units

Parking Ratio: 0.11

Comments: Size and Scale fit perfectly. But I would prefer a warmer colour pallet, but that's me.

*Note to the Bousfields people here at UT, no need to out yourselves, LOL; but maybe pass on to the applicable colleague(s) that there is a problem w/this Planning Rationale Report.

It somehow got submitted without the Graphics Dept having done its thing.

For clarity, this is a representative example of the issue.

As in, that's the way this reads in the final report, the images are not present, but the note to graphics is.

There's a lot of that.

I hope this is not another bunch of stacked bowling alleys for the residential components though... >.<

It's good to see increased densification for the area, but for those south-facing units at 433 Richmond, their view will suck!

Updated the information on the database. The storey changed from 17 storey to 19 storey. The unit count increased from 185 units to 191 units. Finally, the total bike parking increased from 204 bike parking to 211 bike parking.

I'm one of the habitant for the one the view is gonna sucks and also the noise of the construction. I wanted to ask you as the meeting is Wednesday, are they legally obligated to send us a letter to tell us about this construction ? No one around the areas received any warning ⚠️

@Northern Light you attached the wrong link...which displayed "Federal Housing Accelerator Fund - Supporting Generational Transformation of Toronto’s Housing System - by Mayor Olivia Chow, seconded by Councillor Jennifer McKelvie"

Fixed! Too many windows open!
