As noted above, this was a prehearing and there seems to be an agreed settlement so in due course this will get approved by the Board. Look at the Council decision above for most details. It takes several weks for these to be posted and then the develooer and City need to deal with the detailed site plan. I would be amazed to see any excavation before summer 2018.Anyone know anything about the meeting on Friday? The site hasn't been updated yet:

File for permits. The site plan is now approved, which means construction.
Received notice today that re-zoning is approved, drawings complete, and building permit application submitted. They are also hoping to begin shoring this spring once the permit is issued by the City.
